New Delhi [India], May 17: Get ready to be amazed by MuseVention! This coming December and January, students at Our Lady of Pillar Convent School in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and St. Anne’s Senior Secondary School in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh will showcase their inventions and innovations aimed at solving real-world problems at the event called MuseVention. This incredible feat is the culmination of over two years of dedicated learning through the ISR STEAM Experiential Learning program.

These two schools hold a special distinction – they were the first in their respective states to embrace ISR STEAM Education, a program developed by ISR LIFE, USA, a global leader in Sustainable hands-on STEAM Experiential Learning. This collaboration between ISR LIFE and the schools goes beyond academics. Together, they’re promoting affordable and accessible STEAM education across India. This approach empowers schools to establish STEAM Labs, fostering a holistic learning environment that equips students with the skills they need to thrive in the 21st century.

Gone are the days of rote learning. Today’s education goes beyond facts and figures. ISR STEAM Education cultivates critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity – the 4Cs essential for success in today’s world. Students not only develop a scientific and entrepreneurial mindset but also learn to “think about their thinking” through experiential learning and hands-on activities. This approach sharpens their metacognitive skills, preparing them for the ever-changing world.

At the heart of ISR STEAM lies the concept of experiential learning. Students work together in small groups, tackling real-world challenges through open-ended exploration and inquiry. This design-thinking process encourages collaboration and allows students to learn from their mistakes. They’re free to experiment and explore different approaches, ultimately leading to a deeper understanding of the subject matter.

The new National Education Policy (NEP 2020) emphasizes the importance of experiential learning, and ISR STEAM aligns perfectly with this vision. As a trusted Knowledge Partner for numerous schools, ISR LIFE utilizes cutting-edge technology to deliver hands-on, engaging STEAM programs.

Founded in 2020 by Dr. George Panicker and Capt. Shaji Sebastian, International STEAM Research (ISR LIFE) has become a leading force in the field of STEAM Education. Their mission is to integrate traditional classroom subjects with practical application in STEAM Labs, fostering a culture of scientific curiosity and a fearless approach to problem-solving. They equip students with the essential 4C skills and contribute to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.

The demand for STEAM-skilled professionals in India is skyrocketing, with an estimated 80% of future jobs requiring these skills. The Future is now and by implementing innovative programs like ISR STEAM Education, we can ensure that our students are well-prepared to lead the way in the global economy.
