Varun Hiremath’s foundation in finance was laid at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, where he studied Business Management. Early roles as a research analyst at Girik Capital and later as a banking analyst at ET Now gave him a front-row seat to how the financial sector operates. The Foundation also regularly organizes prize distributions and community events to encourage school retention among rural children.
In one of its more impactful efforts, the Foundation distributed 393 pairs of shoes to students in Panvel—many of whom had previously walked barefoot to school. Other upcoming plans include mobile digital learning vans and emotional wellness initiatives for rural youth.
“We had internet and tutors growing up,” Varun Hiremath says. “Most of these children don’t. The Foundation is our way of giving them a fairer shot.”

For Varun Hiremath, the line between professional ambition and social responsibility is intentionally blurred. His vision for Fair Deal Advisors includes integrating emerging technologies such as data analytics, but not at the cost of human connection.
“Analytics help us sharpen our insights,” he notes. “But it’s empathy that gives our work meaning.”
