Radiation therapy plays an important role in treating cancers with improved technology. Currently, the tumours are getting targeted with far greater accuracy by minimizing harm to the healthy tissues. Yet, it remains true that radiation affects more than just the cancer. These reactions vary from person to person, but many a times patients do experience some side effects as the treatment progresses.
