Bangalore (Karnataka) [India], January 26: On the occasion of Republic Day, a day that symbolizes justice, equality, and empowerment, RiseUpp.com, India’s #1 platform for comparing and enrolling in online degree courses, proudly announces the “RiseUpp No Limits Scholarship.” This transformative initiative offers a 25% scholarship on all UGC-approved online degree courses for physically disabled learners, underscoring the belief that education knows no boundaries.

For Hari Rastogi, Co-founder and CEO of RiseUpp.com, this initiative is a personal mission. “My father, who worked as an engineer in the irrigation department of the Uttar Pradesh Government, lost his left hand in a tragic accident while working on a hydropower project. Despite his disability, he showed immense courage and determination, inspiring me to believe that no challenge is too big to overcome. Through the ‘RiseUpp No Limits Scholarship,’ we aim to honor his legacy and empower others to rise beyond their challenges and achieve their dreams.”

    The Need for Change

India has over 6.32 crore people with disabilities, yet only 8.53% of literate disabled individuals have attained graduate-level or higher education. Many face barriers like affordability, access, and societal bias, preventing them from realizing their potential.

“This scholarship is not just about financial aid,” Hari added. “It’s a message to every disabled individual out there: You are seen. You are valued. And we are here to help you rise beyond challenges and achieve the extraordinary.

    Key Features of the Scholarship

The RiseUpp No Limits Scholarship provides a 25% fee waiver for all UGC-approved online degree courses available on RiseUpp.com. It offers access to 600+ online degree programs from 40+ top universities across India. These include popular programs like Online MBA, Online MCA, Online BBA, Online BCA, Online MCom, Online BA, and Online BCom, offered by some of India’s most reputed universities, including Amity University, Manipal University, DY Patil University, Amrita University, Jain University, and many more.

This initiative is designed to equip disabled learners with the skills to secure better jobs and achieve financial independence.
