New Delhi [India], September 9: Ramdas Udaseen, Sant and Ayurvedacharya, has devoted his life to spreading Ayurveda as a holistic way of living rather than merely a system of treatment. His journey stands as a symbol of devotion, discipline, and service, deeply rooted in the values of Sanatan tradition.

Born in Punjab’s Moga district, he joined the Sant community at the age of eight, embracing spirituality and selfless service early in life. Over the years, he studied Ayurveda under renowned Gurus across India and realized that Ayurveda is not just medicine but a lifestyle that ensures balance, harmony, and well-being.

Drawing inspiration from the Vedas and Indian cultural heritage, he believes that health is a sacred responsibility, where the body is seen as a temple and nature as its divine guide. For him, Ayurveda is not only about treatment but also about living in tune with the eternal wisdom of Indian philosophy.

To give this vision a practical and modern form, he founded Sheela Vaidic — a unique initiative that blends traditional Ayurvedic knowledge with contemporary needs. Through this platform, authentic Ayurvedic products and services are made available to the people, ensuring that the purity of this ancient science is preserved while also being accessible to the new generation. Sheela Vaidic today stands as a bridge between India’s timeless wisdom and modern lifestyles.

Currently associated with Udaseen Akhara, Haridwar, he continues his mission to bring Ayurveda closer to every household. Alongside Sheela Vaidic, his free Ayurvedic medical camps in villages have benefited thousands, spreading awareness that true health lies in aligning one’s lifestyle with nature.

The mission and life of Ramdas Udaseen inspire society to rediscover Ayurveda as a path to complete well-being, ensuring that this heritage of health reaches every household with authenticity and trust.
