December 06: The Event that everyone is rooting for -The International Leaders Summit and Awards (ILSA) 2023 – is being organized in New Delhi on 22nd January 2023.
People with excellent leadership capabilities deserve recognition for standing out from the crowd for their exceptional service to society, for being able to raise their voices for the betterment of the world. Individuals who are leaders in their field (as well as Organizations/Companies/Start Ups/ Institutions that are leaders in their sphere of work) will be recognized and felicitated at the International Leaders Summit and Awards.

Apart from the Awards, there will be a conference on the theme: “Leadership in Twenty-First Century: Issues and Challenges”. The objectives of the conference are to bring together leaders from various fields; discuss the changing scenario in the 21st century; discuss the emerging Issues and Challenges for leaders; and discuss the role and importance of leaders in Organizations/Companies/Start Ups/ Institutions.
The role and importance of leadership which is a necessary aspect of humanity, nation, and community, in the backdrop of the changing scenario of the Twenty-First Century, will deliberated upon in the conference. Sub-themes of the conference are Changing Scenario in Twenty First Century; Twenty First Century Skills; Role and Importance of Leadership for humanity, nation, community; and Role and Importance of Leaders in Organizations/Companies/Start Ups/ Institutions.All the selected awardees will be invited to write a Paper for the conference which will later be published as a book.
Over 250 participants from over 25 countries are expected to participate in this Event. Effective Leaders from various fields will share their ideas as Speakers.
It will be a massive event for the chosen leaders who remain intact and influential during the continuously evolving global conditions. Even when the recent changes in our environment have impacted both our personal and professional lives, these outstanding leaders continue to be highly effective in their respective fields and leave their impressive footprints. It will be a summit of like-minded professionals, providing space for global networking.
