Tirupathi (Andhra Pradesh) [India], August 8: As part of its ongoing expansion, Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd celebrated the grand opening of its grand showroom for its premier saree brand, Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks, in the holy city of Tirupati this Thursday. The new showroom, located at Annamayya Circle on Air Bypass Road, was inaugurated by esteemed spiritual guru Sri Tridandi Ahobila Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamy and TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu. Many other distinguished guests participated in the inauguration of the showroom.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Rajesh Annam, Director of Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks, expressed his delight in launching the company’s 70th showroom in the sacred city of Tirupati. He highlighted that this showroom offers an extensive collection—including pure Kanchi silk, handloom, Banarasi, Patola, Kota, Paithani, and Kuppadam sarees, as well as premium ethnic wear—all at highly competitive prices. Mr. Annam noted that while the company operates under various brands across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Puducherry, and Tamil Nadu, this is the eighth showroom in Andhra Pradesh operating under the Kanchipuram Varamahalakshmi Silks brand. He further explained, “Our ability to provide unmatched quality and affordable pricing stems from owning the largest showroom in Kanchipuram and operating our own silk looms with dedicated weavers.”
This expansion closely follows the recent entry of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd into the stock market through a successful IPO.
