New Delhi [India], April 28: In a world that often sets boundaries, Jyoti is a woman who creates her own path — blending entrepreneurship, artistry, and empowerment into one extraordinary life. Originally from Bihar and now based in Bengaluru, she has emerged as a shining example of what it means to embrace every chapter of womanhood with courage and conviction.

Honored as Mrs. India Pride of South 2025 and a proud finalist at Mrs. India Queen of Substance 2025, Jyoti isn’t just walking the ramp — she’s walking with purpose. A successful entrepreneur, she is the Managing Director of Tejas Agri, a company deeply rooted in sustainability and rural upliftment. She also owns a cozy café that reflects her love for food, community, and warm conversations. And as an art teacher, Jyoti channels her creativity to inspire others to find joy in expression and imagination.

Fuelled by Family, Driven by Dreams

Jyoti’s strength lies not just in her ambitions but in the unwavering support of her loving family. Her children, Tejas and Aditi, and her husband Manish Kumar, have been her pillars — cheering her on through every step of this transformative journey.

    Future Goals: Growth with Heart

Looking ahead, Jyoti’s dreams are beautifully rooted in giving back.

“I want to expand our family business to create more employment opportunities for women in rural areas, especially in agriculture and food production,” she shares.

On a personal note, she dreams of opening an art café — a space where creativity meets culture, and conversations flow as freely as inspiration. But perhaps her most heartfelt mission is to inspire women over 40 to rediscover themselves.

“To dream boldly, live gracefully, and never stop evolving.”

    A Message to All Women

Jyoti’s words resonate like a gentle reminder and a powerful call to action:

“Please remember, there’s no expiry date on your dreams. Whether you’re 25 or 55, you still have time to reinvent yourself, to try something new, to shine brighter. In my eyes, age is just a number.”

“You don’t have to choose between being a mother, a professional, a caregiver, or a dreamer—you can be all of them, in your own way, in your own time. Stand tall, take up space, and never underestimate the power of your presence. All women are queens in their own way. The world needs women who believe in themselves — and I hope you choose to be one of them.”

Through her work, her art, and her platform, Jyoti continues to be a beacon of light for women across generations — proving that it’s never too late to start, to shine, and to soar.
