    Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], September 20: In a pioneering move to celebrate India’s rich and diverse culinary heritage, Ishaara, the modern Indian restaurant known for its ingredient-forward philosophy and social cause, has announced an exclusive collaboration with ChefPin, a leading platform for home chefs. This partnership is set to launch a series of culinary pop-ups, beginning with the highly anticipated ‘Whispers of Jodhpur’ at Ishaara’s Ahmedabad location.

    Ishaara, which means ‘signal’ or ‘gesture’ in Hindi & Persian, is a unique and acclaimed dining destination founded by hospitality visionary Prashant Issar. The restaurant is celebrated for its commitment to inclusivity, employing a dedicated team of speech & hearing impaired service associates who communicate with diners through simple sign language. This mission-driven approach, combined with a focus on serving high-quality, regional Indian food, has earned Ishaara recognition as a curator of some of the finest culinary legacies of India. It has been honored on prestigious lists, including Condé Nast Traveller’s Top 20 Best New Restaurants.

    The ‘Whispers of Jodhpur’ pop-up is a testament to this collaborative spirit. Rooted in tradition but presented with Ishaara’s signature finesse, the vegetarian-forward menu will bring the royal kitchens and rustic flavors of Rajasthan to an urban audience. Guests will embark on a culinary journey through Jodhpuri cuisine, from hearty classics like Dal Baati and Chakki ki Sabzi to innovative takes on street delights such as Pyaz ki Kachori. This initiative aligns with Ishaara’s core objective to spotlight the depth of underexplored regional cuisines and present them in a refined, authentic manner. Home Chef Shubrata Singhvi adds her take on these Jodhpuri classics marrying her heritage with the legacy from the region she holds close to her heart.

    Prashant Issar, Managing Director of Bellona Hospitality, has been a significant force in shaping India’s modern culinary landscape. His vision extends beyond just high-quality food, intertwining his business with a social cause.     ‘Whispers of Jodhpur’ will run from September 17th onwards, inviting diners to experience an immersive journey where food becomes a bridge to Rajasthan’s royal past and timeless hospitality. This unique event not only celebrates the heritage of Jodhpuri cuisine but also strengthens the mission to bring India’s diverse food traditions into the mainstream dining landscape, one collaboration at a time.
