He works closely with government and private bodies in creating the target training programs in the form of events, educating people to create awareness for the love of Kundan Meena Jadau of Rajasthan. Handicrafts & Craft Council work hand in hand in prompting the art with Bhalla, who is a pioneer in Kundan, Meena, and Jadau exclusive designs and innovations. A live demo was given in Frankfurt, Germany, on Kundan Jadau jewelry.
