October 7: Aryan Nehra won a silver medal in Swimming for Gujarat at the 36th National Games held at Rajkot. Aryan Nehra, finished second with a timing of 16:03.14 to win the silver medal in the Men’s 1500m Freestyle. Madhya Pradesh’s Advait Page (15:54.79) win the gold while Karnataka’s Aneesh Gowda (16:05.94) win the bronze.
Holding Gujarat’s honour high, Aryan preferred to go to his training base in Florida immediately after the World Junior Championships in Peru
