Such incidents should never happen to any parent, and this film prompts the viewers to contemplate what steps can be taken to prevent such tragic events from reoccurring in society.Omkar Das Manikpuri, famous for Peepli Live, portrays the role of Gauraiya’ s labourer father, while Ada Singh plays the role of the little girl named Gauraiya. His acting prowess left the audience spellbound. After hours of struggle between life and death, victory ultimately belongs to Gauraiya. Apart from them, several other talented actors contributed wholeheartedly to make the film a success. Seema Saini, Pankaj Jha, Shagufta Ali appeared in pivotal roles, along with Ganesh Singh, Balram Ojha, Narendra Khatri, and Alok Chatterjee, among others.
