Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], July 21: Marking a major milestone in Gujarati cinema, Bollywood actor Deepak Tijori is making his grand return to Gujarati films after nearly two decades, starring in the upcoming high-energy adventure ‘Get Set Go’. His last appearance in a Gujarati film was in ‘Hu Tu ane Ramtudi’, and now, he is all set to reconnect with the audience in a never-before-seen avatar – with a storyline that revolves around cycling, action, and a unique moral mission.

Known for his iconic roles in Bollywood hits like Aashiqui, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, and Ghulam, Deepak Tijori carved a niche as the quintessential urban rebel of the 90s. With a successful directorial career as well (Oops, Tom Dick & Harry, Fareb), Tijori brings both experience and charisma to the screen. His presence in Get Set Go is expected to elevate the excitement among both Gujarati audiences and long-time Bollywood fans.

Valmiki Pictures, the makers behind Teekhi Meethi Life, Poori Paani, and Bhagwan Bachave, has collaborated with Jaliyan Group to launch this unique film based on cycle racing. The grand mahurat (auspicious launch) was recently held in Ahmedabad, becoming one of the most spectacular launch events in the history of Gujarati cinema, complete with traditional puja rituals and live cycle stunt performances that wowed the audience.

The film features a stellar cast, including Bhaumik Sampat, Jhinal Belani, Raunaq Kamdar, Samvedna Suvalka, Om Bhatt, Sharad Sharma, Dharmendra Gohil, Bhavya Gandhi, Muni Jha, Bhavini Jani, Morli Patel, and Premal Yagnik. The presence of these seasoned and fresh talents promises a compelling ensemble performance.

Get Set Go follows a group of unconventional modern-day Robin Hoods who use bicycles to pull off strategic heists to support the underprivileged. The story blends thrill, emotion, and purpose, giving the film an edge in both entertainment and messaging.

With Deepak Tijori at the helm, Get Set Go is not just a cinematic venture – it’s a celebration of daring dreams, human resilience, and justice on wheels.
