Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) [India], November 26: In a significant move toward enhancing practical legal education in India, renowned Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer Mr Biswajit Sarkar visited the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) – Asia’s largest residential university and a leading centre of legal excellence. As a distinguished patent attorney in India, Mr Sarkar shared practical knowledge on patent strategy, enforcement challenges, and the evolving landscape of IP rights.
