Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], December 5: Avdhesh Industries, a long-established engineering company with more than 30 years of experience in die making, pattern development, precision machining, and reverse engineering, has announced significant advancements in its manufacturing ecosystem to support modern OEM requirements across India. Driven by a commitment to technology adoption and high-accuracy machining, the company now offers an integrated approach to tooling — combining digital engineering, CNC/VMC production, and advanced inspection methods under one workflow.

At the core of Avdhesh Industries’ manufacturing system is its expertise in metal and aluminum pattern engineering, including split patterns, match plates, core boxes, cope and drag molds, shell core dies, investment casting dies (lost wax),  investment casting services and lost foam dies designed for high-precision foundry applications. Digital simulation helps identify shrinkage, flow defects, weak points, and machining collisions before manufacturing begins, reducing rework and improving first-time casting accuracy. This approach has helped foundries and OEMs achieve predictable production planning and better component consistency.

Over the years, Avdhesh Industries has expanded beyond the pump industry to serve automotive, locomotive, defence, medical implant, industrial machinery, agriculture equipment, and valve casting manufacturers. This multi-sector capability has been built on investments in 3D scanning, CNC/VMC machining centers, CAD/CAM systems such as Siemens NX, Powermill, and SolidWorks, and simulation-guided design validation. These tools enable faster development cycles, improved casting outcomes, and repeatable accuracy for both prototype and production requirements.

The company’s 3D scanning and reverse-engineering division provides high-resolution digital data capture for worn-out, discontinued, or legacy parts where drawings are unavailable. Converting STL data to CAD, generating casting deviation reports, and recreating complex geometries allow OEMs to upgrade critical components without depending on imported spares. This capability has been especially valuable in the automotive and defence sectors, where high dimensional standards, material control, and documentation traceability are mandatory.

With growing demand for local sourcing and engineering reliability, Avdhesh Industries is strengthening internal quality processes through 3D inspection, CMM support, and export-ready packaging standards, ensuring dimensional stability during transit for heavy dies and machined components. While the company currently supplies across India, leadership has stated that it is actively preparing for long-term export-capable production, focusing on surface finish norms, tolerance control, simulation-based machining planning, and documentation for international RFQ eligibility.

“As we move forward, our objective is to combine our heritage in tooling craftsmanship with digital manufacturing technology,” the management team shared. “We are building systems that support faster development, stronger accuracy, and sector-specific engineering requirements for OEM partners.”

With continued investment in infrastructure, automation, talent development, and inspection, Avdhesh Industries aims to reinforce its position as a dependable precision engineering partner and a future-ready supplier for global manufacturing needs.
