June 20: Predictive genomics is thriving in the modern era of schooling. For providing appropriate training, experts today not just use psychometric analysis, but a blood or saliva sample from children can be used for genomic testing to discover the talents and inborn capabilities of children. We have now evidence (scientific studies) and scientifically validated methods (microarray) to assess the potential of children. Extroverts are good at serving as public relations officers and officials working in customer care services. Children genetically predisposed to extroverts can be guided for the mentioned jobs as they grow up. This helps them excel in their profession. Risk-taking behaviour is a personality trait necessary for doing a business. Genomics helps identify this trait.

Not all diets children take to suit their DNA. Nutrigenomics is an excellent genetic service that help children find the diet that suits their genome. It also helps in identifying food allergies like gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance. By genetically testing, we can avoid gluten or milk if any one of them turns positive in genetic testing.
