Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], February 28: Ahmedabad is set to host Kavisha UFIT Flow Fest 2026 on 28th February 4:00 Pm onwards. Gujarat’s first large-scale spin rave fitness festival that aims to bring together fitness, wellness , communities and music at Gulmohar Greens on Saturday, 28 February.
Organised by UFIT Spinovation, founded by renowned fitness trainer Pooja Ahuja, the festival is a celebration of movement rather than a competitive sporting event. Designed for beginners as well as experienced fitness enthusiasts, the fest seeks to make exercise engaging, inclusive and experiential.
The highlight of the festival will be the Spin Rave, featuring 100 spin bikes high-energy sessions of 45 minutes each, where participants will spin together to music and light effects. In addition, hybrid outdoor workout sessions of 30 minutes will incorporate ropes, tyres, sandbags, and natural movement exercises set in a beautiful natures element.
The festival will also feature treasure hunt, board games and interactive fitness challenges aimed at encouraging teamwork and engagement.
Wellness-focused experiences, including sound healing therapy sessions , pottery will offer participants an opportunity to unwind and recharge. Additional game elements and themed zones will be integrated throughout the venue to create an immersive atmosphere.
The event by Kavisha, will conclude with a techno sundowner party, bringing participants together for a music-led finale celebrating collective energy and participation.
